Hi, I’m Sandy Belrose
Certified Life & Relationship Coach
I know what it feels like to be unheard, stuck, and unsure of what’s next in your marriage. For years, I put everyone else first, stayed quiet when I should have spoken up, and lost myself in the process of trying to hold everything together. I convinced myself that if I just tried harder, things would change—but they didn’t.
It wasn’t until I realized that my happiness mattered too that everything started to shift. I learned that change doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from choosing yourself first.
My Journey: From Surviving to Thriving
For most of my life, I was in survival mode—always putting others first, avoiding conflict, and telling myself things were fine when deep down, I felt exhausted and empty. I carried the weight of my past, trapped in patterns I didn’t even realize were controlling me. I was the fixer, the peacemaker, the one who held everything together—until I couldn’t anymore.
It all hit me in my mid-30s when my marriage became the mirror reflecting everything I had been avoiding. The unresolved childhood wounds, the self-doubt, the fear of speaking up—it all started to surface, and suddenly, what I had worked so hard to build felt like it was falling apart. I realized I had spent so much time trying to hold onto my marriage that I had lost myself in the process.
I knew something had to change, and that change had to start with me. But that realization wasn’t easy—it was terrifying. The idea of putting myself first felt selfish, and the thought of facing everything I had buried for so long felt overwhelming. But deep down, I knew if I wanted to save my marriage, my sanity, and my dreams of a better life, I had to take that first step.
So, I did. Slowly, I began to unlearn the patterns that kept me stuck. I started setting boundaries, speaking my truth, and showing up for myself in ways I never had before. And through it all, I discovered that true transformation isn’t about fixing your relationship—it’s about healing yourself first.
The Deep Work That Changed my Life
Healing wasn’t a straight path—it was messy, painful, and, at times, overwhelming. There were moments when I questioned if I’d ever feel whole again, but I kept going.
Step by step, I learned to let go of the belief that I wasn’t enough, rewrite my story, and finally quiet the relentless inner critic that had controlled me for so long.
Therapy
I spent years unpacking my pain, facing emotions I had buried, and learning how to set boundaries that truly honored my needs. Therapy helped me understand myself on a deeper level and provided me with the tools to begin healing.
Courses and Workshops
I invested in myself by seeking expert guidance—diving into personal development programs that taught me how to break free from toxic patterns and rebuild my confidence from the inside out.
Books and Self-Education
I became obsessed with learning everything I could about boundaries, emotional regulation, and self-love. I devoured self-help books that helped me shift my mindset and gain a deeper understanding of my triggers and behaviors.
Daily Practices
I made self-care a priority through journaling, mindfulness, and self-reflection. These habits helped me silence my inner critic and replace it with a voice of compassion and strength.
Receiving a diagnosis of CPTSD, ADHD, and anxiety in my mid-30s was both a shock and a relief. For so long, I thought something was “wrong” with me, but getting this clarity allowed me to stop blaming myself and start working with my mind instead of against it.
Understanding my unique challenges was the first step in reprogramming my thoughts and building a life that truly supports me.
The Tools That Transformed My Healing Journey
Healing isn’t just about understanding your past—it’s about having the right tools to move forward. I realized that true transformation requires more than just reflection; it takes actionable strategies that rewire your mind, body, and emotions.
I immersed myself in powerful techniques that helped me regain control, find inner peace, and create lasting change. These tools have become the foundation of my personal growth and what I now share with my clients, including:
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT): A powerful tapping method to release emotional blockages and reduce anxiety.
Hypnosis and Subconscious Rewiring: Techniques to break free from limiting beliefs and create new thought patterns.
Breathing Techniques: Simple yet powerful practices to calm the nervous system and bring a sense of peace.
Mindfulness Practices: Strategies to stay present and manage overwhelming emotions, like body scanning and gratitude journaling.
Guided Visualization: Exercises to help you create a clear mental blueprint for the life and relationship you desire.
Reframing Negative Self-Talk: Practical methods to transform the inner critic into an inner cheerleader.
These tools didn’t just help me heal—they empowered me to thrive. And now, I’m passionate about sharing them with women like you, so you can feel more in control, confident, and capable of creating the love and life you deserve.
Why I Do What I Do
I know firsthand how it feels to be stuck in the same painful cycles—wondering if things will ever change, questioning your worth, and feeling like you’re carrying it all alone. I’ve been there, and I also know the incredible freedom that comes from choosing to heal, reclaiming your voice, and stepping into your power.
My journey taught me that change is possible, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping women like you do the same. You deserve love, respect, and happiness—on your terms.

Your story isn’t over—it’s just waiting for a rewrite. Let’s do it together.
My Philosophy:
Self-Love is Everything: When you prioritize yourself, everything else starts to fall into place.
Boundaries = Freedom: Saying “no” is how you create space for what truly matters.
Healing Takes Time: It’s not about perfection, it’s about showing up for yourself every day.
Your Voice Matters: You deserve to be heard, seen, and valued in every part of your life.
